(She/her/they/them)

Licensed GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Finding the right therapist can be difficult, and I strive to be someone that you connect with and can trust. I believe in genuine, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships that support a safe environment. Helping you grow and heal is my ultimate goal.

It is my fundamental belief that you deserve love, acceptance, and safety. My goal is to help you develop an awareness of your inner strengths and your innate worth, as well as a belief in your ability to make lasting changes.

I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations and am available to connect via emailphone, or you can schedule an appointment at the link below.

Tweens & Teens

Adolescents commonly struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, peer pressure, academic stress, and family conflicts. Therapy can empower adolescents to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.

ADHD

ADHD can impact your ability to focus, organize tasks, manage time, regulate emotions, and navigate interpersonal relationships. Our neurodiversity-affirming approach creates a supportive space to work towards your unique goals.

LGBTQIA+

You are the expert on your identity and experiences. We believe everyone deserves to live life authentically, and understand that looks different for different people. Therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental, affirming space.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is to follow your lead. You have sought therapy for a reason, you know what you desire to get out of our relationship, and I am here to be a partner in your journey. I prefer working alongside you as equals, and I value your thoughts and opinions.

I am a person-centered therapist. I believe you have the ability to change and become the person you want to be; I am simply helping you along the way. I incorporate therapeutic modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure therapy for fears and phobias.
